The inspiration for Remilda Rose is taken from my grandmother Remilda Ethelyn Davis Taylor and my mother Letitia Rose Taylor Curry.

My grandmother was a seamstress whose unspoken philosophy was that “a woman should always be well dressed…..”

My mother, a strong determined woman who always went after and accomplished whatever she wanted, worked as a Registered Nurse and then came home to sew.
