**Refund Policy:**

– We offer refunds on eligible items within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date.

– To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

– Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

– Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned item.

– Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

– If your refund is approved, you will receive an email notification confirming the refund amount.

**Return Policy:**

– We accept returns on eligible items within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date.

– Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

– Remilda Rose Designs (RRD) will be responsible for return shipping once the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

– Returns that do not meet our criteria will be subject to a restocking fee of 15%  per cost of item.

– Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or provide store credit as per your preference.

**Cancellation Policy:**

– Orders can be cancelled within half (1/2) hour of purchase. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order.

– If your order has already been processed for accessories or processed and shipped for garments, we are unable to cancel it. In this case, you may initiate a return of garments once you receive the item. There will be no return on accessories
